Sickness on day of consultation

If I am unwell and unable to conduct your consultation, I will aim to give you 24 hours’ notice, but when this is not possible, I ask for your understanding in me letting you know on the morning of the consultation. I will call or text you as appropriate.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give 24 hours’ notice via email or telephone call. If you find yourself unexpectedly unwell on the day of your consult, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. 

Cancellation Policy

In Blume has a strict cancellation policy. Cancellation of consultation require 24 hours notice. Cancellations or appointment no-shows received within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation will incur 100% of the total fee and no refund for pre-paid appointments. If unforeseen circumstances arise, and the practitioner is unable to proceed with the appointment, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

We strongly value your time, we appreciate a mutual value for our time and the time of other clients.  If you would like to discuss or dispute a cancellation, please contact us.  

Appointment Changes

Re-scheduling appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fee. 

Intake Forms

An intake form will need to be completed at the time of booking. In Blume requests the client complete the form not later than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

If the intake form is not received prior to the scheduled appointment, it will need to be completed during your appointment. This will result in loss of consultation time. Regular initial consultation procedures will continue, although additional time will not be offered to compensate for lost time. The full consultation fee will still be charged, and further consultations may be required to gather any information missed.

Communication Policy

To ensure clear, respectful, and supportive communication, the following terms apply to all interactions outside of scheduled appointments:

  • Email is the only approved method of communication outside of appointments. Please direct all inquiries to al.inblume@gmail.com

  • Text messages will not be responded to, and are not monitored for client communication. The only time they will be responded to if if the practitioner opens up the line of communication first.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for an email response, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Messages sent via social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) will be responded to at the discretion of the practitioner and are not guaranteed channels for clinical communication.

  • Only questions directly related to your current treatment plan will be addressed via email. For any new or unrelated health concerns, or if your situation has changed, you’ll be encouraged to book a follow-up appointment or bring your next scheduled appointment forward.
